The problem it addresses

Most inbox tools organise mail by sender. A folder rule, a priority flag or a spam filter examines the sender, the subject line or a keyword, and files the message accordingly. This approach works until the same sender writes twice: once with a routine update, and once with a question that could cost you a customer if it waits three days. No sender-based rule can distinguish between the two, because the difference does not lie in the header. It lies in what the message actually asks of you.

CatchTheMail approaches the problem from the opposite direction. It reads the content of each email you forward, assesses how urgent that content is, and prepares a reply you can send. It does not attempt to reorganise your inbox or replace the mail client you already rely on. It is designed to answer one question reliably: does this require my attention now, and how should I respond?

Who is behind it

CatchTheMail was founded by Kadir Yenitürk, who designed, developed and operates the product independently. It has no outside investment and no separate engineering team: the email pipeline, the analysis layer, the dashboard, the billing integration and this website were all built by one person.

We state this openly because it has two practical consequences for you. Decisions are made promptly, with no layers of approval between a reported problem and its resolution. And when you contact support, your message is answered by the person who wrote the code.

Independent does not mean provisional. CatchTheMail is a live production service: real email traffic passes through it, real payments are processed behind it, and a clearly accountable person is responsible for its availability.

The principles we operate by

A tool that reads email must earn trust before anything else. The four principles below are built into the product itself, not offered as promises alongside it.

We never connect to your mailbox. CatchTheMail requests no Gmail or Outlook permissions and holds no access token for your account. It only sees the messages you forward to your own private address, and therefore has no technical means of reading, moving or deleting anything else.

Nothing is sent on your behalf without your approval. Every suggested reply awaits your decision. You may edit it word by word or disregard it entirely. Nothing leaves our system until you choose to send it.

Your email is not training data. Messages are processed solely to produce your own results. They are not sold, not shared with third parties and not used to train AI models.

No invented numbers. You will not find a fabricated user count, an invented testimonial or a star rating anywhere on this site. When there is a genuine figure worth sharing, it will be published together with its source. Until then, that space is deliberately left empty.
