The problem it was built for

Most inbox tools sort mail by who sent it. A folder rule, a priority flag or a spam filter looks at the sender, the subject line or a keyword, and files the message accordingly. That works until the same sender writes twice: once with a routine update, and once with a question that costs you a customer if it waits three days. No rule based on the sender can tell those two apart, because the difference is not in the header. It is in what the message actually asks of you.

CatchTheMail starts from the other end. It reads the content of an email you forward, judges how urgent that content is, and hands back a reply you can send. It does not try to reorganise your inbox or replace the mail client you already trust. It answers one question well: does this need me now, and what do I say?

Who builds it

CatchTheMail is built by its founder, Kadir Yenitürk, who designed, developed and operates the product independently. There is no outside investment and no engineering team behind it: the email pipeline, the analysis layer, the dashboard, the billing integration and the site you are reading were written by one person.

That is worth stating plainly, because it tells you two useful things. Decisions get made quickly, with no committee standing between a reported problem and its fix. And when you write to support, the person answering is the person who wrote the code.

Independent does not mean provisional. CatchTheMail runs in production: real email traffic passes through it, real payments sit behind it, and its uptime is someone's responsibility to answer for.

The principles it runs on

A tool that reads email has to earn trust before it earns anything else. Four rules are built into the product rather than promised alongside it.

We never connect to your mailbox. CatchTheMail asks for no Gmail or Outlook permission and holds no access token for your account. It only ever sees the messages you forward to your own private address, which means it has no technical means of reading, moving or deleting anything else.

Nothing is sent on your behalf. Every suggested reply waits for you. You can edit it word by word, or ignore it entirely. Until you press send, nothing leaves the building.

Your email is not training data. Messages are processed to produce your own results and for nothing else. They are not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used to train AI models.

No invented numbers. You will not find a fabricated user count, a made-up testimonial or a star rating anywhere on this site. When there is a real figure worth showing, it will appear with its source. Until then, the space stays empty on purpose.
