Questions about pricing
The answers below match our Terms of Service word for word. If something is still unclear, write to us before you pay, not after.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial runs for 7 days and includes 50 email analyses. If it ends without a subscription, your account switches to a read-only mode: every analysis you already have stays visible and nothing is deleted, while new analyses pause until you choose a plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial starts without any payment details, so there is nothing to cancel and no charge that can appear later. You only enter card details when you choose a paid plan, and that step happens on Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
What counts against my monthly quota?
Only the emails we actually analyse. Starter includes 100 analyses per month, Pro 600 and Team 2000. Bulk mail that is filtered out before analysis does not consume quota, and neither does an analysis that fails on our side.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
Further analyses pause until your next billing cycle or until you move to a larger plan, and we notify you when you get there. Nothing is deleted, and every analysis you already have stays available in your dashboard.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the billing section of your account, without contacting support and without a retention process. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
Can I switch between plans later?
Yes. You can move between Starter ($16.99), Pro ($27.99) and Team ($46.99) whenever you want, and the new quota applies from the next billing cycle. Annual billing is available at the price of ten monthly payments for twelve months of use.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments already made are non-refundable except where consumer protection law says otherwise. If you believe a charge was made in error, or the law of your country grants you a right of withdrawal, write to hello@catchthemail.com and we will review it in good faith.
