The service
CatchTheMail provides AI-powered email triage: you forward emails to a private address, and we return priority analysis and suggested replies. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a 7-day free trial.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide a valid email address to use the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription (Starter, Pro, or Team). Each plan includes a monthly email analysis quota; usage beyond the quota is paused until the next billing cycle or an upgrade. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use CatchTheMail to process emails you have no right to access, to send spam, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
