The deadline is not always the date in the email
In foreign trade the real deadline is often earlier than the one written down. A duty that starts in five weeks matters now if your goods have to be loaded before it. A buyer's committee meeting next month matters now if samples take three weeks to arrive. The export lens reads warnings with that in mind and says in the reasoning what is at stake.
It knows the warnings that matter across borders: duty, quota and anti-dumping decisions, sanctions and restricted party lists, certification and labelling rules in target markets, carbon border obligations, freight and port disruptions, and payment and currency rules.
How it fits into your day
You pick your sector once, when you sign up. After that there is nothing new to learn: you forward email to your private CatchTheMail address, by hand or with a one-line Gmail filter, and each message comes back with a category, a priority, a short reason and a drafted reply.
CatchTheMail never connects to your mailbox. It asks for no Gmail or Outlook permission and only ever sees the messages you forward. Nothing is sent on your behalf, and your email is not used to train AI models.
When it is the wrong tool
- You want your inbox sorted without forwarding anything. CatchTheMail only sees what you send it.
- You need customs classification or compliance advice. The analysis flags what changed; it does not replace your broker or adviser.
- Your buyers mostly reach you on messaging apps rather than email.
