For tourism and hospitality
An AI email assistant for hotels and tourism
A group enquiry for next spring, a booking platform raising its commission, a guest unhappy with last night's room and forty routine reservation notices. CatchTheMail reads each message you forward, lets the routine ones sit low, and puts the enquiry and the complaint first.
What it does with your mail
Four messages a hotel or travel agency might receive in the same week, and what the analysis makes of each.
- New customerNormal
Group of 40 for a congress in April, rates and availability
Someone asking to buy from you. Flagged as an opportunity, and normal because nothing is lost by answering tomorrow.
- Notice and warningNormal
Booking platform: commission changes from next season
A change that costs you money. The reasoning opens with the risk; the date decides how urgent it is.
- ComplaintHigh
Guest complaint: no hot water, refund or a review in three days
A complaint about your own service is a complaint, whichever channel it comes through, and waiting costs you the review.
- PromotionLow
Boost your listing: premium visibility package
The same platform selling you visibility is promotion, not a policy change.
The same sender, three different messages
A booking platform can send you an ordinary reservation, a commission change and an offer to pay for more visibility, all in one day. A rule based on the sender files all three together. The tourism lens separates them: the reservation is routine and low, the policy change is a warning, and the visibility package is promotion.
It also knows the warnings that move a season: visa and entry rules in source markets, airline capacity and route changes, licence and inspection requirements, local fees and taxes, and strikes or closures at airports and border crossings.
How it fits into your day
You pick your sector once, when you sign up. After that there is nothing new to learn: you forward email to your private CatchTheMail address, by hand or with a one-line Gmail filter, and each message comes back with a category, a priority, a short reason and a drafted reply.
CatchTheMail never connects to your mailbox. It asks for no Gmail or Outlook permission and only ever sees the messages you forward. Nothing is sent on your behalf, and your email is not used to train AI models.
When it is the wrong tool
- You want your inbox sorted without forwarding anything. CatchTheMail only sees what you send it.
- You need a channel manager or a booking engine. This reads and prioritises email, it does not manage rates or rooms.
- Most of your guest contact happens inside the booking platforms' own messaging.
